INNOVATIONS
The meticulous craftsmanship is evident in the Caliber 5659 WOS. Produced in small batches, these pickups boast 3/16″ (4.8mm) Alnico V magnets with chamfered tops, placed between black fibre plates.
These are dipped in clear lacquer and air-dried to prevent coil feedback., wound with AWG .42 gauge formvar wire to our precise settings, and dipped once again in clear lacquer, they offer added protection.
Featuring staggered pole pieces and cotton-covered push-back vintage wires, ensures an authentic vintage tone reminiscent of the 1950s.

THE SMALL DIFFERENCES
Trev Wilkinson's fascination with legendary guitar players led him into the world of music. Hank Marvin's use of vibrato piqued his interest in inventing a device that would eventually become part of the Wilkinson brand.
However, it was the tone and sound produced by Clapton, Beck, Green, and other influential players that greatly influenced him, as well as the instruments and components that created those sounds.
After years of listening to pickups and collaborating with inventors like Seth Lover and Leo Fender, the R series of pickups were created, representing the finest pickups produced by the company.

CONCLUSION
The Caliber 5659 pickups present an exceptional option for guitarists seeking to capture the classic Stratocaster sound without the need to acquire vintage pickups.
Wilkinson's meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to replicating the vintage tone are a testament to their position as a prominent figure in the guitar pickup market.
