We offer a range of international shipping services at checkout, each with estimated delivery times shown before you confirm your order. When shipping outside the UK, you'll be presented with two types of delivery option:

Hassle-free
DDP — Delivered Duty PaidTaxes and import duties are included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing further to pay on delivery. |
Lower upfront cost
DDU — Delivered Duty UnpaidA lower upfront shipping cost, but you'll be responsible for paying any import taxes and duties before your parcel is released by customs. |
Shipping to Spain
Spanish customs requires you to authorise your courier to clear the parcel on your behalf. After your order ships, your courier may email or call you requesting a Power of Attorney signature or additional documentation.
Please respond promptly — if you don't, your parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be issued minus return shipping costs. Check your inbox (including spam) over the days following dispatch.
Any order undelivered due to unpaid customs fees or taxes will incur a return fee of £45.
Hazardous Goods
We are once again shipping Nitrocellulose paints & stains, finishing oils and thinners to countries within Europe. We can ship to most EU countries, and also Norway and Switzerland.

We endeavour to deliver UK orders within the time frames stated above. Due to the nature of our products, seasonal demand, and factors beyond our control, there may occasionally be longer delivery times — we'll always aim to keep you informed.
We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. If delivery proves impossible on 2 or more occasions, we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from your refund. We'll always try to contact you first to arrange a replacement order.
Due to the large volume of mail lost by Royal Mail recently, we no longer offer untracked mail services. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
