Wilkinson's R Series of pickups presents the Caliber 7884, a product of the brand's two decades of expertise in crafting pickups.
The high-output humbucker was initially created based on an artist's request and employs Alnico V magnets to produce a sonically balanced, rich and harmonically-full sound suitable for an extensive range of music genres including blues, rock, and more.
The Caliber 7884 is built with nickel silver backing plates and 4-conductor wiring, which allows for coil splitting and a range of classic single-coil tones and wiring configurations. This humbucker is an excellent choice for musicians seeking a vintage tone with a bridge position that is high-output and a neck humbucker that is complementary.
