We stock a wide range of high-quality nitrocellulose lacquers and paints suitable for use on any guitar project.
We’ve produced a range of colours found on popular guitar models and used our own Strat and Tele bodies for reference.

This is the same type of lacquer as used on vintage Fender and Gibson guitars which, over time, will produce an aged, tarnished look to your instrument. These are true lacquers, as used by top guitar makers since the 1950s. They dry very quickly and produce a hard glassy finish, unlike other “pre-cat” lacquers

These paints and lacquers are very easy to apply and generally require no sanding in between coats.

Use only in a well-ventilated area. Suitable breathing apparatus should be worn

Excellent paint

Did a refin on my old 60's telecaster as it was looking very drab from year of playing, and the paint is excellent and has done a great job. 7 coats of aged vintage white, let dry for 3 days, 7 coats of clear gloss lacquer, let dry for 5 days, apply super rosin car polish and work in hard circular motions and let dry to a haze. Buff up with a clean cloth and the shine is superb. I cut twice with the polish and buffed up like new, but has a distinct aged look abou it. Very pleased with the results.

Perfect

Have tried several ‘vintage’ white paints and this one is the only one that had the correct yellowing. Loved it, will definatly be buying more.

Perfect for Les Paul guitar.

When I say Les Paul, I mean a single cut Les Paul style guitar that was bought as one of those DIY kits.
It came with a butter yellow pickguard and cavity covers so I wanted a Daphne Blue on the front and a creamy yellow that would match the covers and guard as close as possible.
This comes out looking really good, goes the wood perfect if you prep well and apply it as you should.
Will definitely buy again.
