This Gotoh Telecaster Compatible Bridge has a low profile surround, allowing you to mix vintage aesthetic with modern playability. Made in Japan with titanium saddles and base plate, this bridge will fit the vast majority of Telecaster and Tele-style guitars.

Compensated Brass Saddles

Brass saddles are amongst the best materials out there when it comes to bridge saddles design. This is because they impart a warm tonality that isn't too bright, whilst being hard enough to not suffer from wear over time and deliver excellent intonation properties.

These particular brass saddles have grooves that stagger the break point of each string. This results in a more exacting intonation when compared to traditional vintage style saddles. Each of these saddles are reversible and can be used in any position.

Titanium Base Plate

The Titanium Base Plate delivers better sustain, clearer note separation and an improved harmonic response when compared to traditional steel and brass base plates. It is also non-ferrous and pretty much non-conductive when compared to other materials, preventing any potential issues with interference. This bridge comes with 4 colour matched screws, ensuring that the bridge base plate is tightly locked to the guitar body, promoting string vibration transfer.

String Thru

When using a string thru bridge, you'll have increased tension versus that of a top loading bridge, which some players prefer as it gives you a more stable playing platform, particularly when you're plucking with your fingers. It really comes down to personal preference which you prefer, as both will sound equally great, just different.

Low Profile Style

This bridge has a mash up of the classic 'Ash Tray' style design, with a raised surround at the saddle end of the bridge that drops down. The cutaway sides improve playability for players with a certain picking style, having more in common with the more modern Tele bridge designs. This way you get both the vintage aesthetic of an 'Ash Tray' bridge, with the playability and easy palm muting of a modern Telecaster bridge.
