Just the job at the right price

Ordered Capacitors with this which are not mentioned

I only got this because I bought pots the week before. I forgot to order one potentiometer and when I saw the nice Suntan capacitors I ordered a few, they aren't mentioned here. The pots were fine
Was sent a different product than the capacitor shown, that is made by the same electronics company, I checked. But it is still a different capacitor just with the same Farad rating, just look at them or check yourself, what one would you want. I did get a reply telling me off for asking about why I was shown one product and sent another.
So not really into Northwest Guitars like I was before this.

We sent you images of the caps on our suppliers website to prove to you that not all of these Suntan Caps have the brand printed on them. We also offered you the option to return them if you weren't happy.

What would be the point in us purchasing caps from another supplier when the Suntan ones are so cheap anywway? We'd be better off purchasing bogus parts with a higher price tag, right?
