Screw sizes don’t match up to the plate, metal seems to be good quality. Asked to return it but had no reply.

Perfect, Faultless Transaction.

Perfect transaction. First class seller. Have made previous purchases from the firm and will do so again when I need certain items.

Don't Lose Your Head Over It.

Imagine, you are close to finishing your guitar and as you are putting in your last screw to the neck plate, a quarter turn to go...and snap. Off comes the head of that one screw. Rats (perhaps stronger words). So, I am sad to report that the quality of one screw caused me no end of trouble. But it doesn't take away from my general opinion that Northwest Guitars sell good quality gear. There is always going to be the odd rogue product and I think nothing less of them because of it. But, by 'eck, I really don't want to have to dig any more neck screws out of nearly finished guitars.
