Designed to complement the twang and punch of the Vintage ’54 Lead, Seymour Duncan’s Vintage Telecaster Rhythm pickup offers a smooth, open tone with warm lower mids and airy highs. It delivers rich, full-bodied chords on its own and that classic hollow Tele sound when paired with a bridge pickup. Warm and articulate, it’s ideal for everything from laid-back rhythm playing to crisp, percussive chicken pickin’.
To stay true to vintage Tele construction, Seymour Duncan hand assembles each bobbin with period-correct Forbon, hand-ground Alnico 5 rod magnets, and lacquers it before winding. The pickup features a deep-drawn chrome-plated brass cover, cloth push-back lead wires, and is wax potted just like the originals for squeal-free operation.
