Left handed Squier Telecaster Compatible Bridge with Modern Saddles

If you're looking for a Squier Telecaster compatible bridge upgrade then this is the bridge for you! A direct replacement for the vast majority of Squier Tele's, this bridge is a sure improvement over that which came as stock on your instrument.

Modern Saddles

Many players favour contemporary-style saddles because they offer enhanced control over the guitar's intonation. Unlike the classic Tele bridge, these saddles are fully individualized, allowing you to adjust intonation without compromise.

Tele Bridge Design

The Telecaster bridge design is unique because it also acts as a mount for the bridge pickup. Most likely influenced by the design of lap steel guitars, the baseplate increases the magnetic force of the Alnico slugs on the pickups, upping the magnetic strength and making the pickups more powerful. This sonic side effect is what gives Tele pickups their cutting sound.

String Thru

When using a string-thru bridge, you'll have increased tension versus a top-loading bridge, which some players prefer as it gives you a more stable playing platform, particularly when you're plucking with your fingers. It really comes down to personal preference, as both will sound equally great, just different.

Squier Telecaster Bridge Upgrade

Squier guitars are often made with the lowest price point materials, which is why they are so cheap. Upgrading a few key components however can have them competing with guitar two or three times the price, so grabbing yourself a replacement bridge for a Squier Telecaster can have your guitar punching well above its weight class.

Like a glove

It fit perfectly and is a definite upgrade from the stock bridge.

Not 100% compatible

In my case (Squier 2023) I had to install the bridge 5 mm further forward than the old one so that the bridge pickup fits the cavity and the intonation adjustment is possible. The chrome plating is very thin, the string height adjustment screws cause scratches in the chrome. The 3 holes for my new Fender Noseless pickups fit well which was not the case with the old bridge. Finally it did the job.
