Gotoh 510TS-FE2 Tremolo, Steel Block Fender Narrow Spacing

The Gotoh NS510T-FE2 is a high quality tremolo from Gotoh’s flagship 510 range. It combines vintage Fender® pivot screw spacing (2 7/32″) with Fender’s vintage narrow string spacing (2 1/16″), the spacing that later became the Fender American and Mexican standard. The result is the feel of the six screw pivot system with modern upgrades.

Its steel saddles deliver clarity and response with a brighter tone than brass, and their rounded block design is comfortable under the picking hand. The bridge plate is made from extremely resilient chromium molybdenum steel and heat treated for strong, hardwearing knife edges. Slots in the plate locate the height adjusting screws of both outer E string saddles, which stops sideways movement of all the saddles. The screw-in tremolo arm has a set screw in the bridge to adjust how firmly it holds in place.
