The CTS EP-4395 250K pot is designed specifically for mounting to pickguard and contorl plates (Straotcaster/Telecasters). The shorter 6.4mm threaded shaft, allows volume and tone knobs to sit flush against the control plate, eliminating excess thread exposure for a cleaner, factory-like appearance.
