We endeavour to deliver UK orders within the time frames stated below. However, due to the nature of our products, seasonal increases in demand and factors beyond our control, there may occasionally be longer delivery times. We aim to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions, we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund. However, we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed.

Northwest Guitars now includes tax and duty for all orders from EU countries.
This means your order will arrive much quicker, and with no additional fees to pay upon delivery.
The applicable VAT?duty charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
TAXES & DUTY - Non-EU CUSTOMERS
Northwest Guitars is not responsible for paying these taxes or fees, and it is solely the customer’s responsibility to be aware of these extra costs, and paying them. Failure to do so will result in the shipment not being delivered.
Any orders undelivered because of unpaid fees and/or tax, will incur a return fee of £45.
It is advised that you research your local delivery services (we use DHL for all expedited carriage, and Royal mail for the standard service) to ensure that there are no unforeseen additional costs upon delivery.
When shopping from outside the UK/EU, all taxes will be removed at checkout.
We are once again shipping Nitrocellulose paints & stains, finishing oils and thinners to countries within Europe.
We can ship to most EU countries, and also Norway and Switzerland.
