1997 "Delta Tone" system with Custom 'No Load' tone pots

This wiring kit works like the standard strat when turning the tone knobs from “1-9”, but when turned to “10” you effectively take the capacitor and pot out of the circuit giving you more power and allowing you to hear your pickup’s true tone.

Thanks to a clever little bit of modification to the switch wiring you now have full tone control on the bridge pickup 

Contents of the Delta-tone Kit

• 1 x USA made CRL 5-way switch
• 2 x CTS NO LOAD Tone Pots (250K or 500K)
• 1 x CTS Volume Pot (250K or 500K)
• 1 x Sprague Orange Drop Cap
• 1 x Switchcradft 1/4" Mono output jack socket
• Gavitt Vintage cloth covered wire (USA Made)

All fitted to an aluminium control shield (helps reduce hum, and eliminates the need for the 3 point wiring to the back of the pots) 

Hand built in the UK 

All our harnesses are assembled by us here in the UK using high quality silver solder and USA made vintage cloth push-back wire. We even solder the output jack so the whole thing is ready to drop-in.

As the kit is fitted to an aluminium control shield there’s no need to dis-assemble the parts to fit them to your scratchplate.  Simply add the whole thing to the underside of your scratchplate and it’s done!
