Stealthy Body Shape

Featuring a beautiful Quilted Maple top and a Nyatoh body, this guitar is incredibly lightweight making it great for long playing sessions and energetic live performances. Deep cutaways provide outstanding upper fret access and give this guitar a stealthy, sharp look that's not too 'metal' for certain tastes. The Blue Iceberg Gradation finishes goes from blue to icy white, and you can see the wood in the inner recesses of the horns, lending this guitar a memorable look that's bound to turn heads at your next show.

Wizard III Neck

Ibanez are renowned for their fast-playing, super thin necks and the RGA42HPQM-BIG is no different. Those three-note-per-string legato licks will fly off the Jatoba fretboard. The neck is Roasted Maple, giving the guitar a solid platform with plenty of high-end clarity. Wide/tall frets ensure you've got complete control whether riffing or soloing and luminescent side dots ensure you can see where you are no matter how dark the stage.

DiMarzio Fusion Edge Pickups

Designed collaboratively by DiMarzio and Ibanez, these pickups are designed to give you the clarity you need with low end riffing and a cutting tone in the higher registers. The low mids are controlled without any hint of mud and the bottom end is compressed and controlled. A coil tap switch delivers single coil sounds when you need to calm thing down a little, or just fancy a tonal change.

Rock Solid Hardware

Ibanez's own F106 hard tail bridge gives you rock solid stability and painless string changes, whilst the proprietary tuners do a fantastic job of upholding tuning stability. Coming in black, they match the look of the guitar impeccably.
