43mm Stratocaster Compatible Bone Nut

Bought these before from Northwest Guitars and they were easy to work with. Even for an amateur like me cutting and shaping them was easy and I have zero binding, sideways string movement or rough edges. They were a perfect fit for the existing recess with zero filing of the ends required.

A nice easy to install, nut for my telecaster. Clearly good quality and reasonably priced.

This is a precisely made replacement part. It fits directly into the recess left by the original item(provided you remove it with care, and clean up the factory epoxy, which is usually visible even before you tap the old one out with a steel drift.)
Resist the temptation to overdo it, the new part needs to fit snugly, and a single drop of decent superglue is all that`s required to hold the new nut in place- the strings will do the rest. You will have to check the string clearance at the first fret & adjust with care.

Swap this for you plastic affinity nut and the sound is brilliant.
