D'Addario's XLR8 String Lubricant and Cleaner not only makes sure your guitar strings last longer, but it'll enable you to play faster too.

Guitar String Lube

The handy applicator allows you to quickly and easily clean your strings, removing friction and promoting tone. Simply take the applicator and wipe up and down your strings before you play. As a byproduct it will also condition your fretboard, enhancing the look and lifespan of it.

D'Addario XLR8 String Lubricant and Cleaner comes in an airtight tin to ensure a long product life. Please note this product is only safe for use on 'dark' wood fretboards and is not recommended for Maple fretboards.

Decent stuff

I'm new to playing the guitar and never used a product like this so take from that what you will. I did find it helped me play with more ease. I found I kept having to reapply it every so often though but that could be down to the fact I've barely put my guitar down since buying it. I also feel like I would be able to give a fairer review if I had been using this on new strings rather than some that are already a little tarnished. Overall I like it. It's easy to use and for the price it seems like a good product. Just remember to keep topping it up if you're playing for long periods and before and after you use your guitar
