Good and can be altered.

Hi!

I've had one for quite a while and kind of ditched it because missing high end due to series connection (10,2 k ohm), I wanted to have it parallel connected but thought it was impossible because of the closed back.
Heureka!
I took a close look and got backplate off (it wasn't glued in), it was possible to rewire it to parallel and now it has the missing treble and is still humcancelling, no real drop in volume.
It now reads 2,5 K Ohms.

To me this makes all the difference, and it is a great alternative to a piezo bridge pickup.

Hope this helps you
