G7th Newport Partial Capo 5 String - Silver
The G7th Newport Partial Capo 5 String in Silver is a unique take on the classic capo design, allowing you to barre just three strings for the effect of various open tunings. Whether it's DADGAD or open G tuning, there are a myriad of different ways you can utilise this clever capo.
Open-Style Tunings
The G7th Newport Partial Capo allows you to utilise it in various ways. For example, place it on the second fret leaving the low E to ring out for a Drop-D style effect, or just flip it upside fown for some droning open high E string action. However you use it it's sure to open up a new avenue in your creativity as a player.
Quick Release
The quick release system of the G7th Newport means that with a little practice, you can attach and reattach the guitar capo with one hand, great for quick changes in between sets. An adjustable tension knob allows you to make sure your guitar capo is at the exact tension required for its position on the neck, whether you're fretting on the 1st or 10th fret.
Internal Silicone Pads
Carefully placed silicone pads ensure that every guitar finish is safe from harm, even vintage nitro finishes. The pads are placed in such a way that they, and only they, make contact with the guitar and they're non-reactive to keep your guitar safe from harm.
If you're looking to experiment with different tunings but need to keep your guitar in standard, the G7th Newport Partial Capo 5 String in Silver will help enhance your guitar playing, whether you're writing at home or playing live.
